CDA Co-Living

As a fast-growing house-sharing company, CDA Co-Living approached Ocho to redesign their compact Surry Hills office into a space that reflects their dynamic and community-focused brand. The brief called for a transformation that balanced functionality with a sense of warmth—an office that feels approachable and lived-in, much like the co-living homes they curate.

Our design response focused on optimising the small footprint while introducing elements of residential comfort. By integrating open workstations, soft lighting, and layered textures, we created a workspace that promotes collaboration and embodies the spirit of co-living. The result is a thoughtful, inviting hub that supports CDA’s team while echoing the values at the heart of their business.
