Carlos is the co-founder and principal designer at Ocho Architectural Designs. He leads with a clear design vision, grounded in thoughtful planning and a deep commitment to quality. With a passion for creating spaces that elevate the everyday, Carlos brings creativity, precision, and a hands-on approach to every project.
Whether shaping a home, reimagining a commercial space, or guiding a complex fit-out, Carlos approaches design as both a craft and a service—focused on people, place, and purpose. His leadership ensures that every project at Ocho reflects the studio’s core values: clarity, collaboration, and design excellence.
Lucia is an interior designer at Ocho with a refined eye for detail and a passion for crafting meaningful spaces. Since joining the team in 2023, she has contributed to a wide range of residential and commercial projects, always bringing a considered, user-focused approach to her work.
With a background in interior architecture and a flair for materiality, colour, and spatial storytelling, Lucia works closely with clients to translate ideas into elegant, functional interiors. Her calm presence and collaborative spirit make her a key part of the design process at Ocho.
Ben is an architectural designer with a background in structural engineering and a strong focus on design communication through high-end visualisation. As Ocho’s 3D Visualisation Lead, he brings concepts to life through compelling, realistic imagery that bridges the gap between design intent and built reality.
With experience across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, Ben’s dual perspective enhances both the technical clarity and visual impact of our work. His approach helps clients experience their spaces before they’re built—elevating design understanding and confidence at every stage.
Sergio is an architecture graduate with over three years of hands-on experience across architecture, construction, and real estate project management. His background spans both the Australian and Colombian markets, with a strong foundation in residential and commercial design, planning, construction execution, and post-completion services.
Certified and trained in both NSW and Colombia, Sergio brings a global perspective and technical rigour to the Ocho team. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia (U.N.C) and is driven by a commitment to delivering thoughtful, well-executed spaces that work seamlessly from concept to completion.
Maria leads client engagement and drives the company’s growth strategy with a strong focus on building lasting relationships and identifying new business opportunities. With a proactive and client-centric approach, she ensures that each partnership is nurtured from the first interaction through to long-term collaboration.
